Notes and Actions should each have their separate Tiles, even with the links to separate them presently there.  Actions and Notes are apples and oranges when used correctly--don't penalize those who use the software correctly by adding unnecessary and annoying additional clicks and screen formats so we can see what we need to see.

Notes and actions are often confusing and staff will record a note for something that should be an action. They should be completely separated in NXT.

Thanks for the suggestion. Since the time of the suggestion we actually have released the standalone Notes list. I hope that satisfies the concerns around notes and actions being grouped together.

Yes!!! Please. Our notes end up completely buried and we can't find them.

I like them in the same tile, but would love an option to see only Notes, like there already is one that will allow you to see only Actions.  Check out this Idea (https://community.blackbaud.com/products/raisersedgenxt/ideas).
