The major gifts team are using the opportunities list in NXT to weekly review each proposal and they find the last and next action helpful. They export the list so to share with others by email and at meetings. However you cannot see the actual details of the last and next actions - as you can't show summary action notes in the opportunities list. The manager is having to go into each record and view the details of the last and next action and then copy and paste the details into the exported file. It would be helpful to have the last and next summary action notes as columns on the opportunities list in NXT.
