EVERYONE wants an export of what their next step is -- but not everyone has access to NXT!  The Dean just isn't going to go there and look up what to do!  We have to be able to export this data and give them lists to do!  She also needs to know what others are doing -- you can't send every action to her calendar -- that other's are going to complete.
