Allow NXT to pull Action Notes from RE7 that have a image for signature or logo in the notepad

Support informed me that is additional functionality is up for consideration. We migrated to NXT this year and have year's of actions with notes that include an email signature. This means our fundraisers have to look in both NXT and RE7 when reviewing their relationship history. Since we would have to fix these actions individually, this would be a huge help and timesaver!

Agree with Mark Lennon! "anyone who copy/pastes an email with the footer included via RE database view is then guaranteed not to be able to read this in web view. If we want to move users across to web view as primary, this is exactly the kind of bug that needs fixing or they'll all stick with database view as they'll say that they can't see their notes! Please sort this out."

I agree this is a very serious issue. I have tried to find a way to identify the records which will not appear by querying the SQL backup, but cannot work out the identifying characters in the note field to find the offending records - so we can't even fix it in the data ourselves.
I am perturbed that KB artcicle referenced at the top of this thread states Blackbaud has determined that this is functioning properly - it clearly is not!

This is a major issue.
We want the fundraisers to use NXT and not have to flip back and forth between views.
However MANY of our notes in database view are copy and paste email messages - containing links, logos, etc.
Currently trying to figure out if that means a majority of our pre-hosted/pre-NXT notes are just missing.

VERY DISTURBED that NONE of this information was relayed PRIOR to agreeing to move to hosted and implement NXT.
Feel rather strongly that NXT is still in 'testing" mode and we are being charge a lot of money for a product that has quite a few "oops! thanks for bringing that to our attention!" moments. (Can't help but wondering how many of those are actually "darn it! they noticed!!" moments.)

I don't mind that images copy/pasted into a note or action aren't visible in the web view, but what's concerning to me is the whole note/action is not visible in the web view. We're not adding images to notes anymore, but we've been using RE for a long time and there are notes/actions with images that our fundraisers (we're trying to have them use the web view exclusively) can't see, missing important information. I wouldn't mind cleaning up those notes and actions, but I have no way of identifying them.
