If we have volunteers in our system we would prefer they can't look up the board of trustees and see all the confidential interactions between the development department, head of school, and the constituent. We use actions so they can complete tasks. Just need better ways to limit what they can see.
Our fundraisers develop relationships with constituents that can include private conversations (think... overcoming substance abuse, served with divorce papers, or being tested for a disease) it is good for the fundraiser that was told this to be aware of it on next contact, but if others in the organization see the note, it might appear we share such sensitive info with eachother. It would be great if a note could default to public so every signed in user could see it, but when marked private, only the user who entered it could see it. This shoudl apply minimally to constituent summary, Constituent notes and action notes, but possible others.
