Allow a fundraiser access to a select few portfolios rather than an all-or-nothing option.

In our organization we have multiple teams of fundraisers. It would be more effective for the lead of each team to be able to view the portfolios of only their team rather than all or only their own. This would help them to better manager their team and their team's relationships.
