When adding a note in NXT, the person adding it needs to be automatically identified.

Unless you type in your name as part of the note, you have a lot of notes with no idea of who added the note.  This is a HUGE problem. This is a product defect, not an idea for improvement.

    We are in TR2 of our implementation and just noticed this. It assigns you as the person who created the action but doesn't list to the other person you are assigning that you created it. A huge problem indeed unless you take the step to place in the text box. Also won't let you unassign the action from yourself.

    I think (but I could be wrong) that the Author of the Note is still recorded correctly in the database and appears correctly in 7, just not visible in NXT yet.  I no longer work for an org with NXT, so I can't test this.  But I think that's what I remember.
