Ability to delete Summary Notes from NXT

Currently summary notes can be added underneath a constituents name in NXT, however they can only be deleted from within the database. The ability to delete these from NXT view would be helpful.

      This looks like it was delivered. If you can delete a note in database view you should be able to delete the summary note from the web view.
