There is nowhere on the constituent summary tile or anything that shows the full name if you do not have it displayed in the name settings. Please add it somewhere!

We changed the name display to [Title] [Preferred Name] [Last Name] [Suffix]. Great, awesome, we have a better idea now of who we're looking at in lists and searches.

I would LOVE if there was a switch for the quickref at the top of the record: if [Display Name] = [Preferred] AND [Display Name] =/= [First], THEN instead of 'Preferred name:" print "Full Name: [First] [M.] [Last] [Suffix]"

Barring that, put something in the constituent summary tile with that full name. It's odd that if Elizabeth goes by Betty, and we search for "Elizabeth", we'll find Betty but it won't show that the search matched the full name, the way it does if it matches on phone, email, address, etc.
