I have a record open right now for a W. John Black. His Preferred Name is John, but his display name is listed John J. Black which isn't correct at all. The only way someone would know his real name is by looking at Addressee in Constituent Summary. You already list the Preferred Name at the top so shouldn't be an issue to list formal name on the record.
