Non-constituent Relationship Permissions

Currently, NXT users can only add non-constituent relationships if they have permission to add constituent records.  We want relationship information entered by everyone, but we don't want everyone to create records.  Please consider changing this so it's consistent with the way permissions work in database view.

    Yes, it's a good idea. Allowing these records to be created is important for event management, and ReNXT and database view shouldn't have different permissions.

    Excellent idea ! This capability would be most welcomed !! Since this idea was posted in 2017, I am surprised it wasn't considered to be added to the capabilities sooner.
