Ability to add contacts to organization records through NXT...(and not mandate a constituent record) Merged

Currently we have to create a full constituent record in NXT in order to add a new relationship record to an organization. Would like the ability to simply add a primary or secondary contact as a an individual relationship and not have another constituent record.
