Ability to add non-constituent relationships without needing access to creating constituent records.

Ability to add non-constituent relationships to records is tied to access to adding new constituent records. While we want to restrict who can create new constituent records, we do not want to restrict who can add non-constituent relationships like family members, places of occupation, friends, etc that may not need a full record.

Yes - we need the quick add to just have the name of the spouse or child, etc. without having to input a record.

Amen!! When we try to clean up non-constituent duplicates, it is impossible to know in which records they are living unless it is a spouse!! This makes keeping our data clean extremely difficult. Please add the relationship tile to non-constituent records.

Echoing the above, I would like my team to be able to manage the relationships of their constituents w/o being able to add more constituents.
