Non-constituents could be a different color, or italicized, or even be marked with (NC) -- Just some way to tell at a glance whether or not they are constituents
I need to be able to see at a quick glance what is a constituent and non-constituent record in NXT. In DBV I have them set to appear differently (bolded, different colors etc) so I can quickly see what is a constituent vs non-constituent record. In NXT this can only be determined by clicking on the relationship.

Unlike in database view, you cannot determine if the relationship is non-constituent relationship.
