Allow access to all records in Funds, Appeals and similar filter fields in Lists instead of the first 100.

I've only seen this request touched upon. Many organizations have more than 100 active funds and appeals and many also have times where they need to access their inactive instances as well. Even with a One Of, Not One Of, Include, Exclude criteria selector all the entries must be available to choose from. This is an obstacle to very simple list reporting.

    I had trouble getting accurate fund reports from previous years in Web View. Web view will not allow me to include Inactive Funds.

    I am new to Raiser's edge and have only been working in Web view. I did eventually navigate database view and found an option to include inactive funds.
