It would be great to have the ability to "Exclude" criteria in the filters when creating Constituent Lists so that they remain dynamic in that field.

The best way to explain is by example: I want my Constituent List to include ALL funds with the exception of those funds related to Hospice/VNA. I understand I can select ALL funds, search for those related to Hospice/VNA and uncheck those funds. However, if new funds are created AFTER this List is created, I would have to go back to that List and make sure the boxes are checked for those new Funds added. Whereas, if the List would allow to select Funds to be "Excluded", I would only need to check the boxes to "exclude" VNA/Hospice funds and not worry about new funds being added.

This can apply to other filters as well.
