This is an extremely important feature! This needs to be fixed to ensure functionality and ease of use. At the moment there are only AND/OR options and I have to export every list into Excel in order to filter properly. This means a longer redundant process of emailing a link to where the Excel document is instead of the Fundraiser being able to access the document within Raiser's Edge NXT.
This is a very important feature, are there any updates on rolling it out? The way lists work right now I have to manually update my LYBUNT lists every time a gift officer wants to check them, we should be able to create live-updating LYBUNT/SYBUNT lists in NXT web view! Ideally all of the complex Query logic should move from database view into web view to eliminate the need of creating static lists in order to share them with colleagues who only use web view.
Having just seen the latest product developments and rollout for RE NXT to end of 2025, still lots for developers to be getting on with. Please developers don't forget with Batch to add the ability to import gift files into a batch such as Standing Orders for the UK market and full ability to validate and commit those types of payments. These are gift files originating at our UK banks. Great to hear that at last full direct debit payment processing will be coming soon to RE NXT. When is the ability to set-up and manage Campaign Ids, Fund Ids and Appeal Ids coming? This is integral for effective gift management. Developers also don't forget that in query to add the ability to quickly move criteria lines up and down using arrows, it's a must.
Most definitely - list function is far too restrictive. I always go back to queries and export because I know I can get the information I want and need that way.
Would it also be possible to include filters for all fields in NXT lists? This includes Gift Comments/Reference, and other fields for constituents, opportunities etc. Currently it is very limited. Thank you
Also option of all... We have customs based on Attributes, Giving Societies, would like to be able to create a list for "All of these Values" In addition to any of these. That way you could find constituents that have been consecutive donors of specific giving levels.
Agree, this pushes a lot of work back into database view. Also, as some people have mentioned but I want to throw into the Blackbaud universe: PLEASE include Is Blank/Is Not Blank.
RE NXT NEED query operators in order to be truly be able to drill down on the information one needs. The ability to actually "query" rather than make "lists" is one of the main reasons I still work mostly in the database view.

2023. Still waiting for the popular vote winner of 2020 to move from status Reviewed: Voting Open. Does BB use an electoral college or something? = P

Agreed!
yup
I would LOVE to pull a single gift within a certain date range. First, Last, Greatest greatly limits the information output.
I would love to build more Power Automations based off of this option, but I can't because "not" is not an option.
Should definitely include Is Blank and Is Not Blank too.
The lack of operators in web view make it far less useful than the database view. It should be updated. It seems like a no brainer!
Any reporting feature should include basic reporting features, including and/or options, and negations.
It would be great to filter out the Completed Actions.
It would be helpful.
Please! Not one of and Not blank are crucial operators. I won't be able to use Lists on a regular basis without them.
It would be very helpful if I could use "unassigned" as a fundraiser option in list filters.
