Sometimes I am provided with a very specific list of people I need to include in a list. However, trying to manually add one constituent at a time through the Add/Exclude button pulls the entire database into the list. Apparently, you can exclude constituents from a list one at a time, but you cannot add one at a time. This is problematic as sometimes the people I want in the list don't have a unifying constituent code, appeal or anything else that ties them together.
When I have a very specific list like this, I currently start by looking for all constituents with an address in a country for which we have no addresses. So, for example, if none of your constituents has an address in France, create a 'blank' list by first looking for all constituents with an address in France. From there, you can add all the individuals. That said..I agree, it would be great to be able to start with a 'blank' list in order to deal with more specialized situations.
