Create lists in NXT using ConstituentIDs

It would be helpful to be able to copy and paste a list of ConstituentIDs into NXT to create a constituent list. Sometimes our lists are customized, manually created, and not based on criteria. To create a static query in database is time consuming and challenging for fundraisers without database view.

    We also have a number of stewardship emails that are manually customized from one large monthly list that is reviewed with decisions made on who will receive which one of 36 relevant impact emails. Because of the customization of the touch, these have been well received by our donors. There is no specific criteria that will align with the individualization required to keep this high-level personalized stewardship touch. In order to continue this process efficiently using NXT email we need to be able to upload constituent ID's lists to create each email list.

    This would be very helpful to avoid having to create a static query just to accomplish this. I think even if you just created a filter for constituent id or system record id that allows you to paste ids like in query would meet the need here.
