Put "Add Constituent" on the main navigation

Put "Add Constituent" on the main navigation instead of Home page

We have been adding a list of new constituents and it would be extremely helpful if the "Add Constituent" button was on the main navigation instead of the Home Page. It it seems like an awkward place to put this function.
