Put "Add Constituent" on the main navigation instead of Home page

We have been adding a list of new constituents and it would be extremely helpful if the "Add Constituent" button was on the main navigation instead of the Home Page.  It it seems like an awkward place to put this function.

    Yes! I've been trying to use NXT more than Database View and this is a definitely time-kill to have to navigate away from my constituent search to add a new constituent. How has this idea been on the board since 2018??
