Allow users to preview new event registrants before NXT creates a new constituent. We are getting lots of "new constituents" who are already in our database but because there is a slight difference in spelling or address, NXT adds them as a new people. This is basically the same problem as we had with "new donors" being created through NXT donation forms, which finally just got resolved.
