Email for constituents declining an event

Please allow us the ability to create 2 emails in the registration process - those who are coming and those who are not. Having one email is not very effective.

Please! It's so clunky for us to have to say, "If you RSVPed yes, here's what you need to know! If you RSVPed no, thank you for RSVPing." It's so awkward.

Hi, I also think we should be able to create two emails during the registration process. The confirmation emails constantly confuse guests who won't be able to attend.

Hi, we have received concerned emails from our declined registrants that we may have inadvertently registered them for the event. It would be helpful for two emails so we don't have to craft an awkward email that addresses both types of registrants.

Yes please! There is nothing worse than someone declining and receiving an email telling them we look forward to seeing them at the event!

Yes this is vital so we can allow constituents to confirm they are not attending. Receiving a generic email when they can or cannot attend is not suitable.
