Add the ability to resend event registration emails

If a constituent can't find their event confirmation email or has accidentally deleted it there is no way to resend the event confirmation email. It would be helpful to have that option!

    Agreed, like in OLX we receive a copy of the confirmation email the donor receives - it's crazy that we don't get this in NXT - instead we only get a summary version.
