Online Registration option to decline invitation

Allow constituents invited to events to decline the invitation from the event registration form (and only require the minimum information to be able to link to their constituent record). This functionality would streamline event RSVPs to a singular location. Currently this can only be done by creative work arounds with manual cleanup within the database.

      Is there a workaround for the "confirmation" email? I'd like it to be different for those who decline. I worry our donors will be confused when they decline an invitation and then receive a confirmation email like everyone else.
