send an email to 1 constituent without sending to the whole list.

I have contacted constituents to see if they have been getting emails. to find out that they have recently changed email addresses. Having this option available would easily allow me to catch them up on past emails.

    We regularly have to re-send emails to people who have lost/deleted in error. Being able to resend to individuals and not having to create a list or send outside NXT would be useful.
