Add ability to send email to non-constituent event participants

There needs to be an option to create an email list in online express from event queries. We do not want to make all event participants constituents in Raiser's Edge, but we need a way to be able to automatically email them event details and follow-up.

This is essential if RENXT is to be marketed as a full service event solution. You can't manage an event without being able to email ALL your attendees.

This would be a big help to us. We have symposium's and a lot of our attendees are guests of an organization, the organization purchases tickets and then sends the names and emails of the participants. I have to keep a running Excel document to keep track since I cannot enter the emails into RE.

Not all individuals that we deal with should be constitutes but we should be able to contact them to steward into becoming a constitute

I just learned today that NXT can't pull email addresses for non-constituents that are contacts for an Org record. That does not make sense. I now have to take extra steps to reach those people. Please make this a functionality.

Having the ability to email our event participants would be a game changing in event planning. The current process feels like taking a step back in time when we have to copy & paste and send emails through Outlook.

This is such a necessary addition to the platform. We have to be able to send emails with event information to non constituents as well as constituents. Please consider this enhancement!

this is such a pain in the butt that we can't do this now... would LOVEEE to be able to more effectively manage guests for our events.

This feature would be nice in general. We send a monthly newsletter, and it would be great to be able to select non-constituents related to organizations without having to make them an actual constituent.

This is needed for List Management records, as well.

Additionally, event-related communication should bypass "Do not Email" flags on a constituent or participant record. We can assume that if someone is registered for an event, it means that they want to receive information related to that event even if they have unsubscribed from our marketing emails.

We're newer to NXT and it seems silly that this wasn't a consideration in the build. It's absolutely necessary to reach non-constituent participants.

This is so necessary! We have to manually forward the blackbaud email to guests of sponsors which makes more work for our admin team. It's very frustrating.

This functionality in RENXT would actually be even better - using the email functionality there to send event-related emails is quite frustrating when not all of the participants are constituents.

Please, please allow us to email event participants without them being constituents. Most of our events are corporate sponsor driven so we have lots of "guests". We would love to have the option of making them constituents post-event, but right now, in order to email them event updates (which during these pandemic years has become even more important) we have to make them constituents before ever meeting them at an event.

Just started using NXT emails for the first time for event emails. This would be so important, as we have a lot of sponsor guests that we would like to email, without adding them as constituents.
