import and send emails to lists of non-constituents

I would love to be able to send messages to lists of people that are not constituents. The ability to import a csv or xl list would be very helpful, rather than requiring everyone to be a constituent in order to include them on and email list.

    YES, PLEASE!!! This is what is keeping us from moving our email communications from Blackbaud NetCommunity to NXT. (Nevermind that using imported lists in BBNC is a tedious, manual process.)

    This is very important. NetCommunity can do it so why can't NXT Lists.

    I completely agree. I understand that it's helpful to have an email list that connects directly to our database, however, we want to be able to share news with followers of our organization who might not have donated yet.
