When running an email campaign to all constituents, it would be helpful to have the ability to exclude specific constituents as they respond to that campaign, instead of having to mark them as "DNC" altogether. For example:

Running a multi-email giving campaign. If the constituent has already given, it would be thoughtful to exclude them from receiving any future emails about that topic, but have the ability to still send a newsletter update or event announcement.

As it currently stands, constituents either receive all emails all the time, or no emails at all when marked "DNC". That prevents us from being able to personalize our communications.
