I just took a class for gift receipting in NXT. Previous acknowledgement process in database view was very, very robust. That changed some time ago, so our options are limited. We only have a small percent of our constitutent e-mails so we must mail acknowledgements. The pdf option in receipting is so basic, and not customizeable, it is not useable for our client base. Please upgrade this feature!
