There are sometimes I need to tweak a receipt ever-so-slightly that doesn't call for creating a whole new template, but the thank you receipts are locked from editing and the downloaded PDF are locked from editing, too. There should be a way that I can personalize/edit receipts on a one-off basis without having to create a whole new template.
