Use Postal Standards for address update in portal

We keep our addresses USPS standard as AddressAccelerator does. It would be nice to make sure when a donor updates their address, it remains in USPS standard form. This way we don't have to go back in a fix the address after.

    I think we are asking for a similar thing. When people give online, it's great you provide address search but they all come across as written out. We use USPS abbreviations in our database so a user has to manually edit EVERY SINGLE ADDRESS record from an online donation :( :(
