When making a donation, the forms should include an address lookup feature so donors start typing and it auto fills with their address, or they put in their postcode and select the address from a drop down box. This would stop the data inaccuracies we receive daily from donors mistyping their address. Also, when they put it in slightly differently from what we already have, NXT adds a new address which is almost identical to the existing one except the county is missing because the donation form doesn't ask for county.
