Add the option to assign Letter Codes and Gift Subtypes Donation form designer

Many of us will be assigning the same letter code and gift subtype to all gifts received through one form. It would save a lot of time to auto assign them through the form designer rather than editing each individual gift in the batch.

We are required to touch every gift when it does not have the gift subtype. Making inefficiencies in processing and very slow.

Add configuration of gift sub-type and reference to donation forms Merged

It would enable gift sub-type to be pre-set similar to batch templates in database or the JustGiving integration. We wouldn't need to manually update these fields which we regularly use for querying/reporting.
