Add the option to assign Letter Codes and Gift Subtypes Donation form designer

Many of us will be assigning the same letter code and gift subtype to all gifts received through one form. It would save a lot of time to auto assign them through the form designer rather than editing each individual gift in the batch.

I'll be keeping this Idea open since we do not yet support Letter Codes.

We are required to touch every gift when it does not have the gift subtype. Making inefficiencies in processing and very slow.
