Adding Gift Subtype to Blackbaud Aps Donation forms

these donation forms would be much more usable if they had a gift subtype field added at the form level to help with batch reconciliation. Right now, we have to go in and add it to each gift.

    Agreed, it is a manual step we don't have to do in Luminate. This adds manual intervention to batches that we don't have in RELO.
