Add Gift Subtype to Portal Giving History Fields

It would be helpful for donors to see Gift Subtype included in the fields under Giving History in the Portal. This would help differentiate between event registrations, donations, membership dues, etc.

    Allow it to be used as a way to screen registration fees out of Lifetime Giving - Gift Type only is too limited.
