Change Gift Record from Individual to Organization & Vice Versa

As it stands, gift records can only have their Constituent affiliations changed among key indicators that are the same. More precisely, a gift given by an Individual cannot be changed to a gift given by an Organization and vice versa. There is a cumbersome workaround, but this can be bypassed if the engineers simply allow for gift records to be accredited across Key Indicators instead.

    We currently have a dummy record set that we change between Individual and Organization in database view just to be able to get a gift moved from an individual to an org or the other way around. Being able to move a gift from an individual to an organization and vise versa would be very helpful. Especially since I don't see that the ability to change an individual to an organization (or Org to Ind) in webview yet.

    Agreed. We often have gifts come in which the constituent only later tells us should be placed under their company. If we need better controls on it, perhaps make it so that gifts can be transfered to companies who have a relationship set up with the donor?
