We have well documented instructions for how our development team should be using NXT including how to request an assignment via action entry, how to enter an opportunity, and ratings information. We're interested in utilizing NXT as THE single resource for development work and documentation and training is a critical piece to making this a reality. Could Blackbaud consider adding a section to NXT for a shop's own procedures?
