A note needs to be included in NXT Security Rights training materials: when a Supervisor is setting up security rights for their users in NXT a note must be added that states that if you want your users to be able to add actions in NXT (even though they already can in database view), the "edit" box must be checked on the Constituent security tab in Admin>Security>[specific security group]. This instruction is no where to be found in the training materials.
