Setting Security by Constituency Code in NXT

Database view has the functionality for us to restrict security by constituency code, but this is not translated into NXT. With external users predominantly working on webview and not database view, it seems nonsensical that this restriction by security does not translate.

    I've worked with two clients this week alone who need to use Constituent Codes to limit access for users and at least one is reporting that this security setting is not linked to reports/queries, etc, in webview.

    Had a chat with support on this, and there wasn't a known plan for introducing this. It'll cause us quite a few problems if it never becomes available and DB View loses it/retires.
