Not all Actions in Database showing on NXT

If staff person (NXT User) is not the Solicitor for that Constituent, the Action won't show on their Nxt Work Centre page.  It will only show in Database. Not helpful if they are primarily working from their mobile phone and wanting to make sure they follow up with all outstanding Actions.

    Workcenter actions show up if you are assigned the ACTION OR Assigned the CONSTITUENT. In the filters, you can use Action Assigned to and filter on "No Fundraiser" to find actions for donors they are responsible for but are not directly assigned the action. Hope that helps!!
