I use Blackbaud Knowledgebase as often as I can. I find myself contact Blackbaud Support after reading the articles. The articles are written for Blackbaud support. There is no way a first time RENXT user can navigate Blackbaud Knowledgebase. The articles will describe how to do something but will not tell you where to go to start on the instructions. So, I'm sitting here not know where to navigate to in RENXT or Database View. Ex. Goal Meter. The first step says Enter an internal name for the goal meter. Where do I go to do that? Step one should be go to the online giving form, then ... bluh bluh bluh. No first-time user is going to know where to navigate to to build the goal meter.

If you're looking for something pertaining to RENXT webview or Donation Forms, you may want to try starting with the Help Center itself instead of KB's by going to the ? within the product, scrolling to the bottom and then clicking on Search the Help Center (then bookmark that page!) This will allow you to access the actual Help content which is more instructional and will guide you to where you want to go. KB's automatically pull some Help content, but its mixed in with the other articles which as you have noticed are written with a different purpose in mind.
