Make the set up process to access RE NXT easier for volunteers

As it is now, if you want a volunteer solicitor (or anyone) to join RE NXT, they have to respond to three emails.  You have to set them up as a user at Blackbaud.com, they have to fill out Profile information, and respond to emails.  Can't the site administrator just set up the user at Blackbaud.com if they are a volunteer without all the verification emails?  This just seems very complicated for a volunteer user.

    Seconded. The user creation process is way too unwieldy, and as an IT Dept admin, I'm used to just creating an account, not having this hit or miss linking process which half the time doesn't work. You don't need to confirm their email address. I know their email address. I created their email address. Let me add a new BB user and a new NXT user and link them myself directly. I lose about 30 mins or more per new user (maybe 5-10 times a month) messing around with this process.
