Incorporate end-user documentation into NXT
When I enter my table values, allow me to enter the definitions of how those values are used so that when an end user floats over the values they get immediate instructions on how our organization uses solicit codes, attributes, inactive, etc.
This functionality is built into the admin role in SalesForce. We need it too.

Would love the ability to add Documentation (Policies & Procedures) into NXT...completely accessible to all Users from any device, and a built-in organizational system. Talked to someone at bbcon who has documentation in a wiki system, which sounds incredibly cool, but I have not a clue how to start (or maintain) such a system.
This would help with training on pieces that are org-specific and not standard (i.e. in BB classes)...and would also allow BB to potentially determine policies or procedures that ARE actually pretty standard across a majority of orgs, then build that into classes, the Help Menu, the Knowledgebase, features & functionality in NXT, etc.
