I'm required to report three numbers for programs that we are tracking: the amount received, the amount accrued, and the additional amount expected but not accrued. To get to these in Report Builder, I need to pull the Gift Received Amount, the Gift Committed Amount and the Opportunity Expected Amount. Then I need to subtract the Gift Received Amount from the Gift Committed Amount to get to the amount accrued, and since all the accrued gifts are also expected opportunities, but not all the expected opportunities are accrued, I need to subtract the amount accrued from the Opportunity Expected Amount. Being able to perform calculations in the Report Builder would make my life 110% easier.
