Report Builder - COMBINED Committed and Received Gifts measure

I need to be able to report on the number of gift transactions with various display attributes. Currently, I can only report on Committed Transactions OR Received Transactions, but not both. Since the Gift Amount measures combine both, the Gift (Count) measure needs to match.

    Not sure if this is  the same thing exactly but we would like to be able to show new gifts and pledges (not payments) since that is how we report our fundraising numbers.
