Add gift amount insight to Report Builder

Currently, when building a report with report builder, there is no way to create a custom insight to filter by gift amount. So, if I wanted to create a simple insight that showed gifts over x amount, I wouldn't be able to. This seems like a simple and useful insight for reporting!
