Add the Gift Post Date as a filter option for the Report Builder and Insight Designer.

Many organizations (like ours) use the Gift Post Date as the date for counting gifts. It would seem like a fairly basic filter to be included, especially in the Custom Insight Designer that has an additional cost connected to its use.
