We often have to run reports by both Gift Date and Post Date to see differences with our financials. Being able to see this in Analyze would be very beneficial to our Executives and Development team
I am amazed that this has not been fixed yet. As another user says - the reports are virtually useless when reporting on monthly income. It would be more useful to see GL post date and Gift Date than the currently available Revenue type filters of Received and Committed
Client reports to the board based on committed revenue that's reconciled with finance every month - same situation as previous comments - all analyze reports are inflated because revenue that hasn't cleared bank is being reported on currently! Please fix!!!
We run all financial reports based on the GL Post Date. Is there any update on if this will be added as a filter to Analyze? It's pretty much useless if we can't filter by post date given that the numbers would never match our database view and accounting reports. Also, this isn't an option as a column in lists.
It's amalzing that this still has not been resolved. It's been six years since this was originally suggested...

In my previous position, we did all reporting off of the Post Date not Gift Date, which makes a lot of Analyze and some Lists difficult to use.
