Filter by Gift Amount in NXT Report Builder

I have been working in report builder and insight design and there doesn't seem to be the ability to filter by gift amount. I would like to create insights that can show our donors who give above $1,000.

    I agree! Filtering by gift amount is necessary and is easily done in database view. How much better it would be to have a dynamic dashboard report in NXT that would list all major donors without having to create a query/export in database view.

    Not sure how the original design could have missed this feature as it seems really basic - it is available in Lists, why not here?

    I'm attaching a Word doc to show the type of reporting I'm looking to do that would provide a subtotal - total amount from commitments of $25K or more.

    We would love to be able to represent this in a gift table since this is a great way to show that Major Gifts (for us this is $25K or more) make up the largest % of our total raised. Besides being able to do a gift table, like you can in database view reports (Donor Category Summary or Statistical Report by Gift Size) I would like to be able to have an Insight in our main Dashboard that provides the total amount from gifts of $25K or more. Please add this functionality to Insight Designer. Thanks!

    Totally agree! We are trying to build a donor pyramid without having to label all our donors in order to create a dashboard on them. I want to show donors who give 1-249, then donors who give 250-1000 and there is no way to do that except in lists. I don't want to manually create this when it could be beautifully done in Insight Designer and Dashboards.

    Agreed! I have been asked to design campaign reports based around certain giving thresholds and this is impossible without a gift amount filter
