In building various reports in NXT, I've noticed that it automatically rounds Revenue information to the nearest dollar. However, in the "Over/Under" (relating to Goal) it shows an exact number as opposed to rounding it. I'd like to propose the idea that data relating to dollars and cents be reflected as dollars and cents in all aspects of reporting. Or at least add an option to the report builder for the person to select how they would like to see results - whole dollars or exact numbers
Agreed Meredith! The crazy thing is, there are certain insights that can be used in a report that show the exact number down to the penny.
Why on earth would the exclude the cents??? This makes no "sense" to me (pun intended) and I just noticed it today. It means you have to export the data into a spreadsheet to get an accurate total for financial reconciliation. So silly. How hard would it be to display the real amount???
